We had an iron and a storage in the room. The location was indeed favourable and incredible, close to the centre. And it was close enough to restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets, the bakery and all attractions in Bologna.

The view from the apartment was not so great.

The location was great - just a walk to Via Indipendenza.

Overall, it's relaxing base for exploring Bologna tourist places. People who work there are amicable and excellant. Location is perfect, Via Indipendenza nearby. Met what was needed, I would happily return and strongly recommend.

Love the well-equipped kitchen and coffee machine. Bathroom is clean with great water pressure and fluffy towels. Excellent location near restaurants, train station, and main thoroughfare. Quaint back alleys with nice shops and grocery store downstairs. Great stay!

it had an unbeatable and fantastic setting not far from centre and all that bologna has to offer, the historic center, and amazing restaurants. staff were always helpful. had easy check-in too. design of this apartment was nice.

The location was unbeatable, nice interior and helpful service. I was delighted about easy check-in. Staff was affable and excellent, no complains at all. The apartment was next to Guglielmo Marconi airport, only 10 km...

Quiet atmosphere, welcoming stuff, good facilities.

Would stay here again, enjoyed it. The location is marvellous close to historic centre, shops and restaurants, cafes and restaurants and main sites and train station, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Has exceptionally comfortable bed, slept well.

falegnami boutique suites exceeded expectations with its charming apartment, quiet atmosphere, and helpful hosts. the balcony overlooking the bakery patio was a delightful touch, and the shower and parquet flooring were impressive. a perfect retreat from city chaos.

We loved our stay at Falegnami Boutique Suites! The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, bars, restaurants, and even a bakery and supermarket. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was quiet and well-isolated, allowing for a peaceful stay. The pictures accurately depicted the apartment, and it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and fridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing useful recommendations for restaurants. a great experience!

They also kindly made a taxi reservation for my departure. The spacious apartment had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchenette, table and chairs, and a comfortable sofa. The location was fantastic, with a great bakery just a few steps away and a couple of restaurants across the street. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
